Chutki get new home

Chutki’s story is a moving example of resilience and the importance of community in caring for stray animals. Born in Khar West, Chutki’s life took a challenging turn when she lost her mother as a puppy. Left with just her sister, their plight caught our attention, prompting us to start feeding them.

Chutki eventually found a semblance of a home in a local building, but her stability was short-lived when she was abandoned at Carter Road by someone from the building. Determined to ensure her safety, we embarked on a search mission. Upon finding her, we promptly returned Chutki to the same building, reinstating her to a familiar environment.

Taking a step further to advocate for her well-being, we filed a police complaint against the individual responsible for abandoning her. This action led to an apology and a promise from the person not to repeat such an act.

To ensure Chutki’s health and safety, we vaccinated and sterilized her. She is now happily settled back in the building, where we continue to feed and care for her, including regular baths. Chutki’s journey is a testament to the difference that compassionate intervention and community responsibility can make in the lives of stray animals.
