Kurla Dog Cruelty Case

Animal Rescue and Care (ARAC) has taken a proactive step to seek justice for an innocent animal that fell victim to cruelty. After filing a complaint against the perpetrator on the 24th, they pursued further action against the individual responsible for the heinous act.

ARAC’s complaint was in addition to the First Information Report (FIR) filed by Brij ji, and the authorities agreed to include their complaint to increase the pressure on the case. They were called to provide additional details, and during their visit to the police station, they emphasized that the dog in question was not aggressive, underscoring the innocence of the animal.

The police informed them that they had visited the location but the boy responsible for the cruelty had gone into hiding. In response, ARAC requested that the authorities issue a notice to the boy’s family for his surrender once he is located. Additionally, they requested to be informed when the boy is arrested and expressed their desire to witness him face the consequences of his actions, serving as a stark reminder of the pain and suffering the mute animal endured.

ARAC’s efforts serve as a reminder of the importance of immediate action and reporting cruelty against animals. Their plea to the public is to be vigilant and report any acts of cruelty, as these innocent creatures are unable to defend themselves and deserve protection and care.
