I gave a complain against culprit on 24 . As FIR was already done by Brij ji so they agreed to take my compl ain for additional pressure. They called me to come for further action. I went there today morning around 11 am. Today they wer handling all complains and mine they had also added as Gunaah Daakhil. They listened to me and i convinced them dog was not aggressiveand some more discussion. They said they went there but boy is absconding. I requested to arrest by giving notice to family for surrender. I also requested to call me the day he is arrested and hit him with stick in front of me so that he know the pain that mute has gone through and they said yes. Also talked to Brij ji Om foundation in evening who has done FIR . Praying that this boy is arrested soon. Please aware people to stop such cruelty immediately when they notice and call 100 to take action against culprit so that no mute die a painful death.
