Her situation worsened when she developed maggots, going unnoticed for two days as she lay hidden in a deep pit during feeding times.
Upon discovering her plight, immediate action was taken to get her the necessary veterinary care. In a heartwarming display of community support, Rani’s story was shared widely, garnering attention and sympathy. A friend, Kanan Modi, played a key role in spreading awareness about her condition.
Jai from Woof Roof responded to Rani’s situation with incredible kindness. He arranged a sponsor and provided a beautifully designed shelter for Rani.
